The Story of LifeWave & David Schmidt

Every movement begins with a vision — and LifeWave began with a man who saw light differently.

In the late 1990s, David Schmidt was an inventor and entrepreneur working as a government contractor for the U.S. Navy, developing advanced technologies to help Navy SEALs and submarine crews perform longer and recover faster. His focus was human energy and endurance — how to keep the body operating at peak efficiency without drugs, stimulants, or invasive methods.

During this research, David made a fascinating discovery:
the human body naturally emits biophotons — measurable packets of light — and that specific wavelengths of light can signal the body to activate restorative biological processes.

Instead of introducing foreign substances into the body, he asked a revolutionary question:
